1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Player" / "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on 298bet, accesses the platform without an account, or otherwise interacts with any part of the 298bet service.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered on the 298bet platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet or game stake placed using funds held in a 298bet account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback, or bonus amounts credited to an account by 298bet.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process that 298bet may require players to complete before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means the time zone UTC+6, which governs all 298bet operational hours and any time-related terms herein.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 298bet platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the 298bet platform and close your account.

298bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number held on file. Continued use of the 298bet platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an active 298bet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of a third party or a commercial entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 298bet or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 298bet platform or had your account closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting of your own free will and have not been coerced or induced to gamble by any third party.

298bet may at any time require documentary proof of age, identity, or residential address. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified in the verification request will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal until documentation is received and approved.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each player may register only one account on 298bet. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — identified by name, date of birth, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other linking factor — constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. 298bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 298bet support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 298bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account suspected of being accessed by an unauthorised party while an investigation is conducted.

5. Deposits

298bet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. All deposits must originate from a payment account or card held in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where identified.

298bet does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or foreign transaction charges for which 298bet accepts no liability. All funds are credited to the player's 298bet account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bangladesh Standard Time.

Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedules. 298bet reserves the right to conduct additional KYC verification before approving any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

298bet will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that differ from those used to deposit funds into the same account. This policy is maintained as an anti-money-laundering safeguard and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

298bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to individual terms that are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all 298bet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, after completion of the applicable wagering requirement, are eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an incomplete wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be removed from the account automatically.
• 298bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend the terms of a live promotion, or decline to award a bonus to any player at its sole discretion, including in cases where abuse is suspected.

8. Wagering & Game Rules

All games offered on the 298bet platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules applicable to that game or market, as displayed within the game interface or betting section.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a wager or game round:

• If the outcome of the game round or bet was determined before the interruption occurred, the result stands and the relevant win or loss will be applied to the player's account once the system resumes normal operation.
• If the outcome was not yet determined at the time of interruption, 298bet will void the wager and return the stake to the player's account.
• 298bet accepts no liability for losses suffered by players as a result of internet connection issues on the player's side, including mobile data interruptions.

298bet reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, that results from a technical fault in the odds display, or that was placed after the relevant event or game round had concluded. Players who are found to have exploited pricing errors to place wagers will have the relevant bets voided and may have their accounts reviewed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 298bet platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting to manipulate game or sports outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or AI-assisted tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Laundering funds through 298bet accounts, or using the platform for any transaction that contravenes applicable financial regulations.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 298bet support staff or other players via any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

298bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 298bet account.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a customisable duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily restrict account access for a chosen period of 1 to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of six months or on a permanent basis.

Players who choose self-exclusion agree that 298bet will take all reasonable steps to enforce this restriction. During a self-exclusion period, no new account may be registered. 12. Limitation of Liability

298bet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 298bet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any nature.

13. Governing Law & Disputes
